RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your item. If there is an issue, please read the policy below.
1. RETURNS PERIOD
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Order number
Item name
Reason for return
We will confirm instructions.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To qualify:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items (unless faulty)
Sale items
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend tracked shipping as lost returns cannot be refunded.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not as advertised, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges, as most pieces are one-of-a-kind.
