1. ABOUT US

Fleuryliquid is a UK-based independent fashion brand specialising in upcycled and reworked garments made from pre-owned clothing. All items are made by hand and are often one-of-a-kind.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

To place an order, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, and

  • provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products sold on this Website are upcycled, reworked, or repurposed from authentic pre-owned garments sourced from second-hand suppliers such as charity shops, wholesale textile recyclers, or private sellers.

Important Notes:

  • We do not manufacture new branded items.

  • Any logos, characters, or brand marks on the garments were part of the original second-hand item prior to upcycling.

  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or associated with any of the original brands referenced in product descriptions.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our work, variations, stitching differences, and small imperfections may occur.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

4. ORDER PROCESS

After you place an order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email

  2. A dispatch confirmation email once shipped

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment must be made at checkout via the methods offered on the Website.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch within the times stated at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control.

International Customers:
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes required by their country. As a small, one-woman business, I’m unable to cover these costs on behalf of the buyer without significantly increasing prices. I choose not to do this in order to keep my pieces as affordable as possible.

The shipping fee you pay covers the cost of tracked delivery, packaging materials, and handling. If a parcel is returned because any customs or import charges weren’t paid, I cannot refund the original postage or any processing fees taken by payment platforms. These costs are already spent when your order is dispatched and are not recoverable on my side.

If you’re unsure about potential customs charges in your country, please check local import guidelines before placing an order.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

8. CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website and its content (photography, descriptions, designs, branding) belong to Fleur Gill t/a Fleuryliquid.

Reworked Items Disclaimer:

Any trademarked names, brands, logos, or graphics appearing on upcycled garments:

  • are incidental,

  • originate from the pre-owned item, and

  • do not imply partnership, affiliation, or endorsement by the trademark owner.

This statement applies across all listings.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • courier delays

  • misuse, washing errors, or improper care of garments

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.
